Returns

We do not issue pre-paid shipping labels for returns or exchanges. It's recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.

Our return policy lasts 30 days except for ready-to-ship costumes and dresses. Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for purchases made more than 30 days ago. For ready-to-ship costumes and dresses, the return window is 15 days from the date of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it's delivered. The item must also be in the original packaging. To complete the return, we also require the sales receipt or proof of purchase.

We only accept returns or exchanges of regular priced products. On sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We only accept returns or exchanges of standardized products such as gloves, knee pads, etc. Unfortunately customized (size, alterations, tailor-made, etc.) items such as skating dress and costume cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send out an email to confirm the receipt of the returned item, and to notify the decision of either approval or rejection of refund. 

If the refund is approved, it will be issued within 24 hours. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the credit to be posted in your bank account or credit card statement. 

Shipping costs and fees for expedited costume production are non-refundable. For free shipping item, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

For ready-to-ship costumes and dresses, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
