Protective Headband with Supramolecular Pad

Skating Spirit is introducing a state-of-the-art protective headgear solution engineered specifically for use in the sport of ice skating, with ultralight and ergonomic design that conforms to the head without affecting style of play. The protective headband can significantly dissipate the impact force, giving you the peace of mind and confidence boost to push yourself jumping higher and spinning faster.

【Effective Protection】The headband is equipped with 7mm molecularly engineered SuperPad. The SuperPad molecules have the ability to instantaneously bond together and stiffen to form a protective shell upon impact, and quickly separate to normal state after impact – the impact energy is therefore dissipated (absorbed) in the process of molecule bonding and re-splitting.

【Ultralight and Ergonomic】The headband provide effective protection without the bulkiness. It weighs only 2.5 ounces (75 grams).  The headband is 2 inches (5 cm) wide in the front, and gradually increases to 3.5 inches (9 cm) wide in the back – offers larger protection area for the sides and back of the head. The removable SuperPad inserts have breathing holes to air out heat and moisture.

【Premium Fabric】The headband fabric is comprised of highly durable polyamide and super stretchy LYCRA fiber. The fabric is soft, moisture-wicking, and machine washable.

【Wear Securely and Comfortably】The headband has elastic strings inside both the upper and lower rims, and adjustable buckles, to ensure snug fit on head. The built-in chin strap can offer extra security to keep headband from slipping off during action.

【With or Without Pony Hole】If you usually wear a ponytail and want to thread it through the headband, choose the style with the ponytail hole. If you have a ponytail but prefer not to use the hole, choose the style without the ponytail hole and simply wear your ponytail a little higher, above the headband. If you don’t have a ponytail, opt for the style without the ponytail hole.
